Too Low of dose per my doctor Would like to see higher dose up to 500 mcg, which is what I take now per Doctor orders. However, she recommends Chronium GTF at 500 mcg. Chromium - many benefits I take chromium faithfully after every meal. It has reduced after meal sleepiness, reduced my sugar cravings, gives me extra energy and generally makes me great.
