No Difference
Did not see any change in nails or hair or skin would not recommend this to anyone as it does not work. The only way this product would work is in ones imagination.

Wife Extremely Satisfied
My wife asked me to find something like this about a year ago. I then ordered from Swanson's and she has been very happy since. The product seems to work quite well and I would recommend it.

For my Hair, Skin & Nails Routine
I first started buying this during the BOGO Free sale last year. I always try to stock up when this sale is offered.
I currently switch between the Swanson Premium Hair, Skin & Nails or Swanson Cosmetic Science Silica-Plex for Hair, Skin & Nails product. Both products have the same ingredients and they seem to do same thing. They just have different names. I wonder why??? I even called customer service to ask and they didn't have an answer???
I also add the Swanson Biotin since it was not in either of the products and I wanted the boost for my hair skin and nails. I was taking another company's Hair,Skin & Nails product and it had the Biotin included. I don't mind taking the extra pill but I would like if it was included. To buy both Biotin and this or the Silica-Plex is still cheaper for me than the other company's product.
I am pleased with the growth over the last couple of months for my hair and nails. The one thing I would like is for my nails to become stronger.

the pills are really large
I'm sure the vitamins are fine but I bought them for my wife and she says the pills are too large to swallow conveniently

Ever Hopeful
I really wanted to like this product - it has good ingredients but after 21/2 months of use I don't see any improvement in the condition of my fingernails. To be fair, I have a job where I use bleach a lot for cleaning purposes but I started taking this product about a month before starting this job. I will try it for another month or so to see if there is any improvement.

Questionable
I have been using the product as directed and after a month and a half have seen no results. It isn't doing me any harm and I have no side effects but I will try a different product after I finish these.

Works like a miracle
This product is great!! I can see the difference in my skin, mostly. then my hair and nails. Don't know if its my imagination but my hair seems to grow faster. I l ove it!

Hair Skin & Nails
I'm either taking this or Horsetail, which ever is on sale. This doesn't seem to work for everyone, but when I am off it for awhile, I can tell a difference. I am not sure which one I like better, H.S.N. or the Horsetail, but I do like them both, and they do work for me, especially on my nails!

Pitiful
I have been using Biotin for a number of years with very good results. Thought my system should have a change so I took advantage of a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" sale on this product. BIG MISTAKE! All the progress I had made with Biotin was reversed by this product.... DO NOT BUY ......

Great product!!
I noticed noone mentioned their eyelashes. I was applying eyeshadow and noticed my eyelashes were longer and thicker. I do not wear mascara so this really helps. I've been using the pills for about a month and just purchased two more bottles. Thanks for a great product.

It seems to be working for me. The tablets are large and sometimes stick in my throat, but I don't like taking too many "pills".

Best product for skin/hair/nails ever!
I have been taking this produc for about a month and boy, my skin including my hair, nails are glowing. You won't be disappointed if you really want to have nice overall body skin, strong and shiny nails and hair!

For the price it's a great product, however the size is a bit much. It's truly a horse pill. Yet, in my opinions, it has made my hair and nail grow like weeds after regular use. As for my skin, not so much has changed.

great product
I've been using this supplement for about 4 months. I have noticed that my hair is thicker and doesn't break as often now and my nails are stronger. The pills are not any larger than my multi vitamins. I do not notice a bad smell at all, but it does contain MSM, which is a form of sulfur. Seems like it should smell bad, but I took a whiff and I didn't mind the smell . Perhaps that's because my body needs those particular nutrients and so the smell does not turn me off. If a person wasn't lacking in those nutrients then maybe that is why it could smell offensive to them. The value is great.

I use this along with Hashouwu (fo-ti) and together with Omega3 and HA has produced stronger nails, finer complexion and darker hair.Those who complain about its smell make me laugh!!
