Excellent multivitamin
This the best multivitamin I have ever tried. Usually I don't feel any difference, but this product create a perceptible and positive effect on my metabolism.

Seems to be alright
Recommended by my dietitian. They are a bit big and you have to take 2 pills a day. Adding to the rest of pills in a day, I wish it were only one. Also, when you travel it is one more pill to take along.

Excellent multi
I have been taking this multi for several years. It contains a good assortment of vitamins and minerals. If I am traveling and don't want to take a lot of supplements with me, I just take this multi and I know I am covered pretty well until I get home.

poor quality
I purchased 2 bottles based on ratings. Because of the poor quality, I would not try them and could not ascertain the effectiveness. Both bottles had broken capsules which caused the others to be miscolored and greasy feeling. My fingers also became stained. These are not up to the normally high standards I have come to expect from Swanson products and am returning them.

Great all around supplement
I have been taking this multiple vitamin for over two years now. I think it is a great product. I advise anyone who is taking this supplement to do so with food and water. You may even split the serving size into two taking 1 capsule with a meal instead of taking both capsules at the same time to reduce any chance of stomach upset (which can happen with some people).

Swanson Premium High Potency Softgel Multi
I used these vitamins for a few years and then decided to try something else. That was a big mistake. After 1 1/2 years I came back to these vitamins and feel 100% better with more energy. My son takes these also and won't use anything else. Terrific product from a terrific company that gives fast service!!

Stomach upset
This product seems to be of high quality and is easy to take. the only thing that I found is that it causes some stomach upset in me and my daughters. I have had to cut back to 1 tablet a day and that seemed to help. I will not order again just because of the stomach upset. I think otherwise it is a good product.

Very disappointed in this multi for the quality. Upon opening the bottle I found that the capsules leak their content. Very difficult to tell which one's are leaking, but I find that as I assemble my weekly vitamins together, that the container is stained along with my other vitamins.
Also, the capsule is on the thick, hard side making it slightly hard to swallow.
For these two reasons I would not choose this Mulit again.

I take those capsules for a long time to my total satisfaction. I feel very good and I am healthy.

Great value
This product is a great value.I compared the ingredients to other multis & its about one halve the price. It includes many minerals that are lacking in other multis.
Also, the softgels are easier to swallow than tablets.

I like these vitamins. I noticed an improvement within the first week of use. The only drawback is that they are still a little large but since they are gels they go down smoother than regular vitamins.

Love these vitamins!
I've been taking these vitamins for almost a year. No stomach upset, no aftertaste, and no constipation since they have no iron. I would highly recommend these and will continue to purchase them.

Caused Stomach Upset
I generally like this Multivitamin but it did have a tendancy to upset my stomach, even after eatting a full meal.

Everything I Was Looking for in a Multi
Vitamins all in the forms that I wanted. A great grouping of minerals and no iron. I was paying much more for a similar brand-name multi. Four months of using Swanson's High Potency Softgel Multi, and I couldn't be more pleased.
