Couldnt tell anything
I used this as directed for 2 weeks without noticing any difference. Switched to Hair, Nail and Skin and noticed right away. Was not the right product for me.

Good Addition to my Routine
I was lucky to buy this during the discount sale the last month.
I currently take the Swanson Premium Hair, Skin & Nails or switch to the Swanson Cosmetic Science Silica-Plex for Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails (Both products have the same ingredients and I feel do the same thing. They just have different names. I wonder why???)
I added the Biotin since it was not in either of those products and I wanted the boost for my hair skin and nails. I was taking another company's Hair,Skin & Nails product and it had the Biotin included at 6,000mcg per pill but much more pricey. I don't mind taking an extra pill to save overall.
Plus it comes as 100 capsules which seem like I am getting more bank for my buck. As far as my Hair, Skin & Nails. I am pleased with the growth within the last month.

Tiny capsules!
I'm really pleased with this supplement. It's reasonably priced, effective, and the tiny capsules mean Swanson uses less filler in this Biotin. I recently tried this when the more expensive brand I'd been buying was out of stock. I'll be switching permanently!

Great for Nails
Have been using Biotin for several months and noticed my nails growing faster. Went without it for a short while and nails didn't grow as fast. Using again because it works for nails. Swanson Vitamins prices are the best I know.

Great product
Really like the small pill size. I've noticed a difference in my hair (shiny) and my skin (not as dry as it was). My nails grow faster. Will keep taking this product.

Nails
I started taking this over a month ago in the hope of strengthening my fingernails. If anything this product has only made my nails more brittle and prone to breaking and splitting. I would not recommend this if you want to strengthen your nails.
As for my hair and skin I haven't noticed any difference for better or worse.

HAPPY HAIR
This is the right potency and price, and it is in a nice small capsule. I wish Swanson would put more of their low potency products into smaller, nicer to take capsules and tablets. No one wants or needs the added fillers, and when one takes a LOT of supplements, smaller is definitely more user friendly. Biotin is a typical B-Complex Vitamin (B7) in many ways, and is also known as Vitamin H -- great for the Hair, nails, and skin. Also, it is very important for pregnant women. I take 2 capsules daily, and I'm very satisfied with the results.

Swanson's Biotin
Swanson's Biotin is by far the cheapest out there! One of these bottles lasts over three months! Biotin of course is good for the hair, and these days I'll take everything I can find to keep my hair looking good. Don't think it will 're-grow' hair, but I want to keep what I've got, and this might help.
