Calmer & Less Irritable

Amazing results
I'm generally very sensitive to stimulants like tea/coffee/chocolate, so the effects on other people may be very different from mine.
For me, this has been a complete life saver. One pill can keep me going in high gear for 6 hours. It's an instant jolt of energy, I can feel my pulse rising a bit, and my focus improved. Tiredness fades away within minutes of use. It's so effective that sometimes I even doubt if this stuff should be legal!
The thing that sets this pill apart from, say, coffee, is that I don't feel an obvious crash afterwards. My metabolism gradually lowers to a normal point instead of the normal complete exhaustion.
Because of the marked physiological effects I experience, I only use it in true times of need (12 hour exam days with no sleep the night before), and have never used it consistently.
Bottom line: very effective indeed!

I've used this product for a long time. I've read that L-Tyrosine helps the thyroid. I always get good thyroid test results, so hopefully the product is helping!

So much happier
I started taking this about 1.5 months ago, combined with GABA. I had read that they were helpful for people who often felt agitated, irritable, impatient and just stressed. I take this in the morning and the GABA at night and boy does it work! I notice I have a lot more patience for things that used to annoy me quickly. I notice I'm not nearly as snippy or impatient, and not so quick to snap or make hasty conclusions. It feels good to not be so tightly wound. My husband and kids appreciate it too (or so I've heard...). If you're tired of feeling crabby give this a try, and maybe GABA as well. I feel like a normal and happy person!

I read a lot about this stuff it makes my moods throughout the day feel less stressful. This stuff is not bad not sure if its like the other brands that I have tried. So far my mood control has been the same as it has been since I started taking tryosine so more than likely it works.

Excellent Supplement!
I waited to review this unitl I had been using it for more than a few weeks. I generally in the past havent seen results from a supplement before that time, BUT this is an exception! I have been using it for about 4 weeks, but I started seeing results after two!
This provides excellent Thyriod support! I have noticed a great difference in my overall energy, mood, and digestion!
The quality of the capsule is great! They are easy to swallow and dont cause digestive upset.
This was my first purchase from Swanson. I discovered them in a support forum online by reccomendation of another poster and I am hooked here from now on!

A few weeks ago, I started taking this product; I started by taking it every other day. This was for several reasons, but one main reason was because I wasn't sure how my body would react. When I first started to take it, I did experience the occasional hard stool, but that did subside over time. I now take it every day & hope that I continue to feel better in terms of my mood & emotional health.
