Great Combined Supplement I really enjoy the convenience of taking these Cal-Mag supplements in one capsule. I feel that the liquid calcium absorbs much better combined with the magnesium. Almost Perfect I do appreciate the convenience. It's easier to remember to take since it's right there in the refrigerator. However, the lemony taste is much too intense. If that could be reduced along with the number of calories, I'd be delighted. Good product. June 21, 2010

Best Calcium of All! This is the only calcium supplement that I can take without causing constipation! It contains a sufficient amount of magnesium in it which prevents constipation and helps the calcium get absorbed better. Also, the liquid preparation further helps with absorption.
