Best choice I prefer this magnesium product because it contains 3 forms of magnesium (oxide, citrate, and aspartate) and the price is perfect. I also prefer these capsules over tablets when it comes to magnesium. So much magnesium is lost when stressed, so I believe supplementing is a must. July 29, 2011

This Stuff Works Very Well! I tried this magnesium listening to some of the other reviews for this product and everything they said was true. It helps me to sleep very soundly, it does keep you very regular and you will have extra energy. It also helps with your libido as well, it took a few days to start working, but once it started working it worked very well. Good value If you are considering a magnesium supplement, it would be hard to find a better value than Swanson's Triple Magnesium Complex. The triple blend of magnesium makes it one of the better magnesium supplements available. I can't honestly say that I have noticed any noticeable results in the few months that I have been taking this supplement, but for the price that Swanson charges, its an easy decision to take this quality supplement with a list of known benefits. Good source of magnesium These help a little bit more than the supposably better "chelated magnesium" They're cheaper and better. But, they did skimp out on the magnesium citrate and malate. 90% of this is magnesium oxide which is rather hard to absorb. May 20, 2010
