B12 lozenges
The tablets to do dissolve under the tongue. I have to chew them to get it to dissolve. Next time will look at gel caps.

B12 Lozenges
I am a firm believer in the value of vitamin B12..however I decided to try these lozenges for a change. I find that I place it under my tongue, and there it sits....seemingly forever...does not dissolve easily - so I end up breaking it into a few pieces to try and speed up the process.

I switched to Swanson B-12, as with my other supplements. I will resume my B-12 with another company as Swanson's B-12 is like trying to dissolve a button. It takes FOREVER. I end up just crunching it a bit with my teeth. It is unlike any other company''s B-12's I've tried. Swanson...PLEASE work on this.

Better Absorption?
I like these better than B-12 Dots because they dissolve slower under the tongue for better absorption.

Lozenge version - easy to take
I've heard that B12 is important for non-meat eaters so added B12 into my supplements. The lozenge form is easy to take - not another pill to swallow. They have a pleasant taste (light taste, maybe fruity) and dissolve quickly enough.

These do not dissolve under the tongue...Taking (2x) with a meal gives marginal energy...I'll use the product up but not reorder it...

Great Purchase
These do seem to help give me a lift. They do take awhile to dissolve, which surprised me at first, but I guess the longer its in your mouth, the more vitamin B you would absorb.

The B-12 lozenges did not dissolve under the tongue like others I've used. I ended up having to chew them.

Good value
Have used B-12 for several years now. This sublingual is so easy to take. Have difficulty swallowing large capsules, but this lozenge is less stressful.

Disappointed
I expected the tablet to dissolve more quickly. I ended up chewing it in order to make it dissolve. Now I just swallow it.

Good Product
Since I have been taking Vitamin B-12 lozenges on a daily basis, I have felt a great improvement in my energy levels. The lozenges are a quite convenient way to take this vitamin. The taste is good and the sublingual delivery makes for better and faster absorption. It is especially good for me as I do not like to swallow pills. Great for a raw fooder
I love these. They taste great. I just put one in the corner of my mouth and let it dissolve slowly so I can absorb the most from it.

Does not Dissolve!
Put this sublingual B12 pill under your tongue and nothing will happen. These pills are supposed to dissolve and why Swanson continues to sell this product is a mystery to me. Don't waste your money on these B12 pills.

Too big
I am used to the B-12 loz. that are small and dissolve easily, this one is neither. If I would have left it under my tongue who knows how long it would take to dissolve. I ended up breaking it up in my mouth and then letting it dissolve. It really doesn't have a strong flavor but that didn't bother me either way. Next time I will look for the microtabs they dissolve easier for me.
