Glucosamine My sister sent me an article about joint products and Glucosamine was rated as the best. This form is also the most absorbed form of Glucosamine. (Stay away from Glucosamine HCL) I think the multi-supplement joint products, with MSM and/or Condroitin are unnecessarily expensive. I've noticed a difference when I run out of this product, so I've decided to continue taking this daily. April 1, 2008
