Best Multi Vit-Mineral I have found
I love this Swanson blend of multi-vitamins and minerals. I have increased energy when I take them and find them to have no side effects ever. This brand is my favorite now. The price is great too!

Nausea issues
I started taking this in addition to a separate biotin supplement that I usually take with all my multi-vitamins. I noticed that I would get nauseous for most of the day and at first did not know what was causing this. I just felt terrible.
Anyway, I came across an article that discussed whether supplements cause more harm than good and one of the vitamins discussed was vitamin C. The article mentioned that though excess vit. C is eliminated by the body through urine, in some cases too much vit C can cause nausea among others. This multi-vitamin does contain about 333% of the daily requirement for vitamin C. This may have caused my issue. I am not sure. I had taken another multi-vitamin that I also purchased on Swanson that contained 379% of vitamin C and I had no issues with that one. So not totally sure why I was nauseous. Could be the mix of vitamins, who knows.
Anyway after reading this article and reading the book "the end of illness" I decided to stop taking all supplements and I did stop being nauseous.
I will instead try to improve my diet and get the vitamins I need from there and not from supplements.
The pros with this product is that it is definitely great value for money if you are looking for a daily multi-vitamin especially for 100 capsules. It is also very easy to swallow.

i like that i can get a basic multi-vitamin at a low cost. i will definitely be getting this again!

Just what I was looking for
I've tried many multivitamins and supplements looking for the right balance of B vitamins, zinc and iron. This product provides levels that have energized me in my daily routine. And the price is fantastic!

If you do nothing else, try these
I have compared the ingredients of many "once daily" multi-vitamins/minerals and found these to be the best combination of nutrients in one convenient capsule. My family and I have been taking these every day for many years and would not consider switching. I also appreciate what a good value they are.

Very Good
I like the fact that the multi vitamins are in capsule form. That way I know that they will actually dissolve. So I love them!

A GREAT PRODUCT
I bought these for my son because he was always feeling tired. His doctor recommended a multi vitamin. My son started feeling better the next day. Also the price was great.

Label says it all
The label is simple - easy to read and has the basic essential vitamins & minerals that I need without all kinds of extras that just seem to complicate the label. Also I prefer the caplet form which absorbs into the body unlike the synthetic forms I used to buy at the drugstore. And as always with Swanson - the price is right.
