I have since learned calcium should be taken at seperate times from magnesium, so I do not take these and am sorry I purchased them. I do not know why they are sold together...?

Calcium Magesium Supplement
I take 3 of these about twice a day. Once with my multu-vitamin and once at the end of the night with some protein before bed.
I love this supplement. I can tell they make a difference. When I've forgotten to take them, I crave calcium based products like milk and vanilla ice cream.

Calcium Citrate w/Magnesium
Have tried other calcium products. This one has been the best for my needs. I also take Vit. D with the calcium, for better absorption.

Good supplement
This product has a good ratio of Ca & Mg in capsule form. Easier to swallow than tabs. I'd probably like it better if the magnesium were citrate as opposed to oxide.

Haven't beat it.
I"ve tried many Calcium Supplements. I always come right back to this product. It's a capsule which an absolute for me and doesn't have fillers/binders which are trash in the soup that gives me a sinus/allergy headache. I like the balance of calcium/magnesium also.

Good Product!
I recently stumbled across this product, I usually take twinlab calcium. This product seems just as good and is a LOT cheaper.
Love it, with the economy it is nice to find a good product at a good price!

Great Calcium Supplement
I'm a scientist and a medical student. I've been looking for a calcium citrate with magnesium supplement without "vitamin" D (actually a hormone, not a vitamin), which is in too many products. I have been unable to find that in stores. This is the best I have found anywhere. Get your "vitamin" D from the sun where you're supposed to get it. Mag citrate instead of mag ox would have been better, but it's not bad. I just wish the shipping didn't cost more than the product.

Good Quality and Absorption
I've been using this particular blend for a couple of years. It is easily absorbed and a good value. The only inconvenience is having to take 6-7 per day.

I tried this because it's calcium citrate, but I think I prefer the liquid calcium. I don't have to take as many to get the same amount of calcium.

Wonderful for Bone health
I have used this product for years. I lie it because it contains Magnesium. I can get my D3 vitamin seperatly.
I also give about 1/2 a capsule of Calcium Citrate Plus Magnesium to my pregnant and nursing Chihuahua's, because I know this is a natural supplement, I'm not sure the ones specifially for animals are.
This product provides a complete need value of Calcium, and is easy to digest and assimilate in the body.
The price is good as well.

Good Calcium supplement
The Calcium Citrate and Magnesium supplement Is a good product. The only complaint I have is that it will upset my stomach if I don't take it with food, however this is the case with many supplements so it really isn't that big a deal. I like the fact that this product is a quality blend of calcium and magnesium for a low price.

Calcium Citrate good
I like the calcium citrate in that I am able to digest this kind of calcium better than other kinds. It is usually best for me to take it with food to help my digestion of it. I also like it that it comes with magnesium. The price of the product is good as well.

Don't Buy
The capsules are humongously big and the magnesium is magnesium oxide, not the bioavailable magnesium citrate. You'd do much better to buy calcium and magnesium separately.

My chiropractor recommended calcium citrate supplement in capsule form. It's very economical and doesn't give me heartburn like some of the other name-brand supplements did.

No upset stomach
Every other calcium supplement I've ever taken has upset my stomach. I was very surprised that this product did not upset my stomach. I am very please.

Smart choice
I'm glad I switched to this product. I found out that I when i don't take any calicum pills my joints literally feel achy after a few days. So, I found out with this my joints/bones do feel stronger and if I would happen to skip a day my joints still feel fine.

I have been using this for 7 years. I am 54 yrs old & have great bone health. Taken before bedtime (@500 mg) it will help you sleep like a baby! Oh yeah---you'll eliminate first thing in the A.M. also.
