Swanson Black Cohosh
I got this to help my wife with her hot flashes. She takes this with Swanson's Wild Yam, and they seem to be working, and just days after starting them. She still has hot flashes, but not as many and not as bad as she did before taking them. Plus they are BOTH very low priced and well worth it! Guys, buy these for you wives if they are going through their 'change'!

Can't live without it!
If you have hot flashes, this is the product for you! I have been taking Black Cohosh now for about 3 months and have only had 1 hot flash and it was really mild. Before taking this supplement they were getting very bad. So with just one in 3 months, mild at that, I would have hated to see how bad that one was without the supplement.

Love this product
This product has helped me a great deal. Night sweats were a big problem for me. Using this product has reduced my night sweats. it is easy and effective.

Just Right for premenopause
I am in my mid forties and started feeling hot flashes and pms. I taking the Black Cohosh with Evening Primrose and don't even realize I am getting my period anymore. The cramps also went away, and they were bad cramps.

My doctor was worried about me being on black cohosh any long than 2 months! Since I did not feel it was doing any good, I took myself off the pill.

The best I've tried
Have used Hormone Essentials and Menopause Essentials, and was hoping for better results. I really couldn't tell much difference. Thought I would try the pure cohosh this time and was much happier with the result. Price is very reasonable too.

Excellent
I tried both the Swansons and the Natures Way versions of this product and my number of hotflashes was significantly reduced with the Swansons Black Cohosh. Not so much with the other, though both reduced them. I'm not sure the difference, but I'd recommend this product to anyone who experiences mild to moderate hot flashes.

BLACK COHOSH +
I use black Cohosh in conjunction w/ the herb Chasteberry, By it's self, black cohosh didn't seem to do much for the very bad hot flashes I was having, but taken w/ the chasteberry (also known as Vitex), I find both herbs very helpful. Didn't stop the hot flashes altogether, but they were greatly reduced.
