Waiting on results
I have not been taking this long enough to feel any difference. I will continue to use it and see if once it builds up in my system, if I notice a difference.

Seems very potent, great price
I have been using this for several months. I had switched from another company. Swanson brand seems as good or better than what I had been using but at a much lower price. I'm pleased with quality and price.

Great bang for your buck, get your blood pumping
This product gives a great kick for a gym workout. I take up to 3000 Mg of L-Arginine before my training usually and this product at 900 mg per cap, I only need two! Impressive quality!

Really Works
I'm 52 and work a very physical job. I take 2 pills a day and they give me a boost and more stamina. They also have great side effects in the bedroom. I can tell when I don't take them in both respects. Make sure you drink water and eat with these. The price and quality are also the best I have found anywhere. And I have looked.

Did help somewhat
This did help somewhat however, my muscles started to cramp and I stopped taking it.

yes, it does help burn fat , you should see a difference in couple of weeks. Eat with some food, but don't take with other suppliments.

One of the best
I weight train 6 days a week and have used many different Arginine products. This one is just as good as the more expensive Arginine products. I take 4 casules before I workout and I get GREAT vascularity throughout my body. I can definitely tell when I haven't been taking Arginine. I haven't experienced any side effects at all.

Undesirable side effect
Was taking this for strength training. Unfortunately, the predominant effect of this supplement for me was an insatiable libido. Might be a plus for some but not for me.

This was too strong for me and I had more negative effects than positive ones so I will look at going for a lower dose.

Good supplement
I have taken L-Arginine made by many other manufacturers and this brand of L-Arginine is as good as it gets (as far as being a single ingredient). The only drawback is the small bottle size. Swanson used to sell this product in 180 capsule bottles which was far more convenient. Overall this is a great product.

this product is one part of a combination of supplements that bodybuilders use in order to
increase circulation during a workout. It was entirely ineffective and I wish I could send it back. I will not purchase again
