This is too messy
I love the Swanson Stevia powder, so I thought the liquid would be more convenient. I was dead wrong. The dropper leaks and I am constantly rinsing the bottle under the faucet to get the Stevia syrup off of it. I will stick to buying the bulk powder.

they should change product
sorry to say but bad product and not sure what happens with the packagin and shipping but although reading other comments about the product i still purchased but came in a broken container and product looks very goopy. did not try becuase it was broken. but swanson customer care refunded with no questions asked. very good customer svc.

Not nessesarily the best
Product is gooey and with the use of the eyedropper is messy. It may be alcohol free but is very thick. I love stevia and use the granules consistantly and thought I'd try this method. Not so good.

Weird consistancy
I usually use New Naturals brand liquid stevia, thought for the price I'd give Swanson's a try, found it wasn't as sweet and had the consistancy of corn syrup. This made it hard to measure from the dropper and the bottle itself wouldn't close all the way, resulting in a sticky mess every time it was used.

THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD. NOT BITTER IF I USE TOO MUCH. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IT SKIMS OFF THE DROPPER ON THE BOTTLE AND THE BOTTLE GETS STICKY.

great price on this stevia. it is thick but a few drops of water into the bottle, shake well and all is sweet!

Great product
I use this in a morning protein shake to sweeten berries. It tasts great! My only problem with it is the dropper container - the dropper is very thick, so the stevia drips outside the bottle, so I transfered it to a wider jar.

VERY Good!
I'm really happy :o) that I ordered this product. There were so many negative comments about the thickness and such I was reluctant to order. But what a pleasant surprise! When re-inserting the dropper back into the bottle, just squeeze out the air beforehand and stick the tip into the bottle to draw up a lot of product. THEN poke the dropper back into the bottle. It won't overflow. I had NO trouble with the thickness of the product. It's less viscous than honey. It's lasted quite awhile, tastes GREAT (as opposed to the powdered form) and I recommend it!

A Real Winner!
This is great! Not bitter, no alcohol, incredible low cost per serving. And no weird additives like some of the powdered Stevia. A super bargain - I highly recommend it!!

Wont buy again
I have been buying liquid Stevia for years so I know what to expect from the product. The last time I bought Now Foods and will switch back to that one because I just received my shipment of the Swanson brand Stevia and dislike it very much. It is so thick I can't tell how many drops I am putting in my coffee. It just comes out in a long slimy stream. The Now Foods and others that I have purchased was truly liquid. So I could count how many drops I was using. Can't get used to this thick version...so I will switch back to the Now Foods brand for a few cents more.

This mixes better with foods than powdered stevia. Tastes just fine.

Great Stuff
I was hesitant to purchase this product due to some of the reviews I read regarding how goopy and messy this product is. I am glad I ordered it because although it is thick, and if you are not careful it will slop down the side of the bottle when you put the dropper back in, it is great tasting (not bitter at all) and with just a little extra care, there is no mess.

Way too thick
While I thought this to be a good buy for Stevia, I found it was in a much too thick of a glycerin base. It is very difficult to dispense such a thick syrup from an eyedropper. Often too much falls off the dropper and gets things too sweet, such as my coffee. Also, it runs down all over the bottle and makes a gummy mess. Not happy with this product at all.

Tasty, BUT LEAKS!
The Stevia IS delicious, however although cap is tightened, Stevia LEAKS if not upright!
Never had this experience with other brands.
It RUINED my NEW distinct, leather wallet....

The only problem I've found is that it is quite thick and it does best to add some distilled water to it to thin it out some.

disappointed

messy
The product is great, the delivery system is messy.The glycerin is so thick and the bottle opening is so small, that when you put the dropper back into the bottle, some will leak over the edge, making the bottle sticky along with your fingers. You end up wasting alot.

Messy!
If you are used to using one drop at a time, don't buy this product. The glycerin makes it to thick to measure accurately by drops. The syrup clings to the outside of the dropper and runs off as you are trying to get a drop. The syrup also gets onto the rim of the bottle and runds down the side making a messy spot on the shelf.
Couldn't it be made with purified water and a natural preservative instead?
As for the overall rating of 2, the taste is good, but the product is too messy for me to give a higher rating. I prefer a product without glycerin or alcohol.

A Good Product
I like the product because of the its capabilities. The only thing I did not like was the thickness of the liquid. When putting the dropper back into the bottle there was always some liquid that would flow over the rim.

Best Tasting Stevia
I like the taste of this liquid stevia, and you just need a little bit. However, it is messy, in that the glycerin which makes it thick causes the cap to not close properly and it oozes out on the side and sits in a goopy mess. Perhaps a squeeze top would be better than a dropper. I still order it because it taste good. It has no after taste.

Messy... but tasty!
Yes, this product is messy. Probably because it is so thick - if the dropper were a bit smaller or the opening to the bottle were a bit bigger... we may not have such a problem. Oh well, anyways, I love the taste of this product. Stevia packets leave an aftertaste in my coffee - but this product is best for coffee! We also use it in unsweetened seltzer as an imitation soda.... my husband and I cannot have sugar or artificial sweeteners. Overall, the price is great, the taste is great - I can ignore that it's a little messy.

Too Thick
This product is way too viscous (thick)!!! Makes a mess every time you try to use it. Ends up all over the bottle.
The taste is OK with no bitterness.

A Little Like Syrup
This product is a little like a syrup, which is OK, the sweetness is as good as expected. The only problem is that when you carry it to remote locations, the liquid tends to lead thru the cap.
