Carnitine review Enhanced memory. I noticed minute details were easier to recall, I practice making myself remember small details, acquaintances names, or the names of famous movie actor's, and realized I could recall small details whereas it was not possible without it before using L-Carnitine. A must for mem. After my daily vitamin this is a must taken with alpha lopoic acid!!! Like most Swanson's products you don't get a flash and all is well but when my memory started slipping a little I decided to try it. After about 2 years my memory seems to be better than it was. When you love to fish it sure come's in handy to remember where the fish are hitting, saves a lot of wasted time LOL. October 5, 2007
