Great quality product
These vitamins are easy to swallow. You only need to take one once a day. They contain all the vitamin B's that one would need and the price is right.

B Complex

B done with just one capsule
My daughter and I have found this product to be a huge help in our morning routines. All of the B vitamins that we want are all in one place, and we don't have to worry about taking anything else (b vitamin wise) because they are well-balanced and not too big! We both have found that we feel better, in general, when we take our B vitamins in the morning.

What Is It Good For?
There are too many benefits to list. It should be taken at two separate times but I think it's worth it. I also like this b complex because it includes vitamin C.

Great Value
I have tried other vitamin B complex brands including Kirkland from Costco, and I never felt any effect. With Swanson's Vitamin B complex I can really tell the difference. Within few days I felt more energetic and alert. I felt my mind was sharper and I can concentrate better at work with better mood. Along with the great price, value, and effectiveness, this will definitely be a staple in my supplement regime. The direction on the bottle does not say whether to take before or after meals, but I find it works more effectively when taken with a meal.

Good Vitamins
I like these Super Stress B Complex vitimains. Compare them to Twinlabs Stress tabs, Costco brand Super B complex, or Performance multi-vitamins. You'll see you're getting the same or better quality from Swanson at a lower price. So if you don't include the shipping and order these when you order your other supplements it saves you money. Provides the full range of B vitamins. I'm also taking extra Niacin (B-3) to round out the complex. Has enough B-12 in it I think so you probably don't need any extra B-12.

Wonderful product! One of the few B Complexes I can take. It works so well for me when used with a high potency powdered Taurine and the liquid Now B-12 Complex (sold by Swanson). The Taurine seems to help the absorption but is especially beneficial for the calming mind and body. I do NOT take these at the same time but throughout the day. The combination engenders a good nights sleep!

Easy to swallow!
I have given up taking Vitamin B for 2 years due to the huge size and after taste. After trying this smooth capsule, wow.. I can't skip anymore. Visible improvement on hair and nails.

It is very difficult to find a supplement that does not have side effects because of added ingredients. I use several Swanson product because of purity and potency. I am very pleased with this B Complex. It works well and can be taken with water. I do wish Swanson would offer a similar B Complex(250 mg.) w/o Vitamin C but so far this is the best I"ve used and I have tried several.
