Fifteen years and no regrets! My doctor recommended chasteberry over fifteen years ago, and it wasn't all that easy to find then. All I know is that I went more gently into menopause than anyone I know. No hot flashes or mood problems or discomforts of any kind. I continue to take it and have recommended it to friends who also now swear by it. Is it the chasteberry or the cohosh or the fact I am a vegetarian? Don't know and don't care. I feel good and that's enough for me. Chasteberry is easier to come by now, but you can't beat Swanson's price and products! April 15, 2011
Effective product I tried this because I was looking for a natural product to help with my monthly cycle, and after using it for a few months I've noticed that the cycle is lighter and easier to get through. Great for PMS My PMS symptoms were starting to get noticeably bad during this past winter (especially my mood), so I did some research about which herbs help ease this. I've been taking the Chasteberry as directed for several months now, and it's helped immensely! There's hardly a mood change, now, and I don't feel as tired as I used to during this time. It also lightened my periods a lot, so now I stop taking it during my cycle - just to keep everything balanced out. :) For me, this is a great product! August 7, 2009
