Key to Good Health
I have been enjoying the benifits of vitamin C since reading Linus Pauling's books in the early 1970s. I believe it is the key to good health and like your product because it is in capsuls and disolves rapidly. I think everyone should take your vitamin c w/rosehips caps twice a day to maintain good health.

Good Value Product
My husband and I have been taking this product for several years now. This is a good value for this product, just wish it came in higher miligrams so I could take a few less of this product. Its great quality, just would like to be able to take a few less per day. Will continue taking this product.

Nice vitamin C, assimilates well, no acid reflux
Works well with Rose Hip, doesn't give you acidy flavor. Decent product, but I prefer tabs versus caps.

Some people say that vitamin C isn't all that helpful. I don't know. I've been taking it for a long time, and it doesn't seem to do any harm, except that I have to spend money on it. Swanson's service has always been top notch.

Great product but HUGE pill
This is a great product, but the capsule is huge. Not great for a non-compliant, "hate taking pills" husband.

i know that this is a high quality product, but when taken on a semi-empty stomach, this product made me a little queasy. i think it's just because 1000 mg is too much for my body all at once. i will go back to using the 500 mg caps.

Vit C wi Rose Hips is one everyone needs
I love the capsule because is dissolves instantly, and you get a large amount. I take 2 daily so it will be my standard supplement to buy from Swanson.

My main supplement
While I take several supplements on a daily basis this product is the most important to me. If you perhaps have health issues in my opinion Vit C to bowel tolerance is the way to go. If I could only have three options it would most definitely be Vit C, Q10, and B complex. Great product!!
