Excellent supplement

Swanson's Cinnamon
I've know for awhile that cinnamon was good for blood sugar, but what I didn't know was that it was also good for a burst of energy. I take it twice in the morning and have noticed a slight pick-me-up afterwards. Well that, and cinnamon burps! Does it help burn calories as well? Don't know, I've only been taking it for two weeks. Check back in a couple of months and I'll let you know.

Perfect for my Needs
You could go crazy comparing all the different varieties of cinamon supplements out there! This is a good, basic supplement that allows you to consume cinamon very conveniently at a very affordable price. As an added bonus, if you take one on an empty stomach, you get very pleasant tasting burps! (So do take these with food!)

Husband likes them
I started buying these for my husband awhile back and they are doing about the same as the other cinnamon Caps he was taking before. Swanson is just quite a bit cheaper. The only thing he doesn't like about them is the MG's he says he has to take to many a day. He thinks Swanson should make it in a higher doseage per cap so he doesn't have to take so many.

Super Value & Convenience
I take cinnamon for blood sugar support, and this product has proven effective and convenient, at a great vaue.
Getting all the cinnamon one might wish on a regular schedule is difficult if you are going to sprinkle powdered cinnamon all over whatever you eat or drink.
My mealtimes tend to be haphazardly scheduled, and often I'm in situations where I can't just whip out a shaker of cinnamon. It's far more convenient and far more *routine* to take my cinnamon in the morning with other supplements I take.

Cinnamon Lover
Even a cinnamon lover like me can consume only just so much cinnamon on food regardless of how great tasting it might be. I have been taking Swanson Premium Full Spectrum Cinnamon with a meal or protein shake. It has yielded the desired effect, and I have had no digestive issues.

Very convenient
I prefer cinnamon on my foods, but this is very a very convenient alternative. I found it much cheaper than other cinnamon supplements out there, though more expensive than plain old table cinnamon.

Convenience of Use
Until recently, I was taking cinammon by spoon which was both inconvenient and messy, as well as not knowing the dosage I was taking. Your product, in capsule form, is both convenient and reasonably priced. I now know the exact dosage I'm taking, and can add this product to my pill case for portability so it can be taken away from home without muss or fuss!
