I was taking this every other day but have recently began taking it daily since i am tired alot so I am just feeling the results. I love this product and recommend it highly. I only wish it were in a sublingual form to be more convenient because I hate taking pills otherwise this product gets an excellent rating from me.

Benefecial Product
The Balance B Vitamin is the best vitamin for Women who lack many B vitamins. This complete B Vitamin is all that is needed :)

Great Value and Convenience
Been taking this for several months. It is a great way to get all the B vitamins without taking individually. Only have to take once a day so a great convenience.

They do the trick!
My husband and I use these daily. We have physical jobs and need our B vitamins. Swanson Brand B-100 Complex works great. We were using another brand but we decided to try this one and it does the job just as well. We make sure we always have it to hand.

Great Product
I ran out of my Swamson B-100's and went to the pharmacy and bought a bottle of another brand.. It was nasty! Capsules smelled very strong and were covered in spots. Never again. Your capsules are fresh and smell fine and I honestly believe they help. At age 72, I need all the help I can get!

I don't always remember to take them regularly - but that's on me. When I do, I find they help perfectly for when I'm flagging and work, for me, similarly to when I used to take a caffeine pill to keep going.
I've been off the caffeine for some yrs now, this is the first pick me up boost I've found.

Works Well
I have been very happy with this vitamin B. I felt a difference in my energy and endurance within a few days. I like that it's in capsule form, which feel I can absorb much better. I take it with food.

Why take B12 when you get B100
I like this since it is more than just B12 and saves me the trouble of taking other vitamins in addition to B12. I think this works well and is a lot more useful to you than any other B complex vitamins

Humpty-Dumptress
I take this B Combo after lunch, and it seems to help me get over that early afternoon slump where I feel fogged and worn down. I have tried other brands of a similar product and only one much more expensive brand gave me similar results while the others barely had an effect. Added Coconut Oil capsules and Vitamin D for the same reason and my results have been even better. I definitely feel the difference when I forget to take it.

LOVE THIS!
I used up this whole big bottle, and now I need to buy another one! This B-complex is amazing, and unlike any others I've tried (and I've tried lots). My favorite thing about it is that it's in capsule form, and it does not make you nauseous, even if you take it on an empty stomach. I also love that it contains Inositol. Will definitely continue using.

Swanson is the best
I have been taking supplements for years and I am so happy I have found Swanson's. I can not believe how much quality and good service with such low prices.
This B Vitamin is so good - I don't eat much grains so this helps me with my B vitamins and also calms me down.

Start Your Engines
If I were a car, then this is the gas. Put simply, your car needs gas to make it run...this does the same thing to the body. It's fuel, high octane too I might add. If I don't have this then I don't go far. Have been taking for a very long time and I can honestly say that compared to others Swanson's B-100 at this quality and price can not be beat.

vinegar test is a myth
The "vinegar test" referred to in an earlier review is a myth, a false and inaccurate test. I easily found a video link on the first page of our favorite search engine which explains the myth, with a search for "vinegar test for vitamins".
I highly recommend Swanson B-complex for quality and value.

All the right B's
If you do any comparison shopping you've propably noticed several things: 1) most B formulas do not have all the B's needed to work toegether and 2) most other brands are pricey.
I see alot of mentions on cheap but cheap is only good if you you are getting something for your money. I know that with Swanson's Balance B100's I'm getting great value for my money. I have been taking these daily for over a year now and I feel the difference.

Not Quite What I hoped for
The delivery form of a capsule does have advantages but I am a little less than satisfied with the output of the product itself. I likely will not re-purchase. There are other high-potency B-vitamin combinations that I believe hold greater value.

ineffective
I used this product for a month and then decided to do the vinegar test, dissolving it in a 1/2 cup of vinegar, it never dissolved., which means I was not receiving any health benefits from these B vitamins..
I would NOT recommend these certain B's to anyone. they are ineffective

great product
I'm on a diet and can't eat breads or other grain products temporarily, and I'm still keeping up with my health taking the Balance B-100. I love this product and I can rely on Swanson's to help me help my health.

A staple supplement
Your B-Complex capsules are the best!!! Sometimes I have a difficult time taking B-Complex tabs but your caps are great! They are such a good value, I recommend them all the time to my friends. They are now a staple in my household, I can't be without them. Keep up the good work, we all appreciate the efforts of Swanson.
I have to say that my shopping style is really all of the above. I look a company's promotions, prices, quality and educational knowledge of their products. I also look at a company's guarantee of satisfaction, do they believe in their products. Are they confident I will be satisfied with the product completely. And of course the ease and quickness that I can place an order.
