itching side effect after taking 1,000 mcg for only two days I had terrible itching. oncologist said it could be from the pink dye that is added. if you start itching, stop use & try another B12 brand April 6, 2010
this comes in a little capsule, easy to swallow and you don't have to wait for a sub lingual type pill to dissolve under your tongue. You must be able to absorb b-12 orally though. March 10, 2010
