Natural, Healthy and a Must My skin looks a lot better especially since it is always dry and the fact that it is healthy makes me feel so much better. Skin Looks Great Started using this vitamin A several years ago, and so easy to take. My skin looks a lot younger and I feel great inside. I would never be without my Swanson vitamin A. Had used other products but never had the results or felt this good before. My sister also started to use this, as she could not believe that I looked so much younger than she is. And healthier.
