Great natural antioxidant I love Swanson's Beta Carotene. The softgels are tiny and contain a generous 25,000 iu's. I take 1 to 2 a day for extra antioxidant protection. Also, the price of these cannot be beat. October 26, 2011

Great Product Non-Toxic Some people aren't aware that Vitamin "A" can be toxic when taken in excess; however, Beta Carotene is not. Beta Carotene is also not actually Vitamin A but our bodies convert it to Vitamin A with no worries about toxicity in any amount. I'm very please with this product. December 30, 2010
