Very Useful Once Open I took a chance and ordered this item since the review before I ordered said it was impossible to open. When I first received this item I could not open it at all. After giving it a gentle tap with a hammer a few times it opened and I realized it is a twist off cap and as long as I gently open and close it this tool works GREAT for loose leaf teas!!! May 15, 2012

Ball gets stuck The ball gets stuck and becomes nearly impossible to open sometimes. It's an absolute pain to use. The chain broke. I'm thinking of just trashing the thing. It's garbage. November 21, 2011
