it works! Like the other reviewers, I continue to use this. I take one at night, with a boswellia tablet and 2 tart cherry extract capsules, and with bioperine to optimize absorption. It works for what it says it will do. I notice good effects for over 12 hours, sometimes nearly 24 hours. It is pricey but it is, as others have said, the top of the line.
