Great product
Having tried many different vitamins/minerals throughout the years, I have decided to introduce one at a time and determine if I notice any difference. If I don't notice a difference, I don't take them. The Alive is incredible. I'm not sure why I'm getting so much energy from them but I surely am. Also I feel calmer, less edgy. This isn't a minor difference, it is significant.

One of the Best
Alive is one of the best multivitamins on the market and Swanson's has the best price of anyone. I have taken supplements for over 50 years and for me this one is the most cost effective that gives me the biggest bank for the money. Another super wholefood vitamin is Megafood, which Swanson also sells. Megafood costs more but Swanson's price is also lower than anyone else.

Great Vitamin supplement
I purchased the Alive brand because of the fruits and vegetables included in the product. I was looking for a supplement that included a lot of what I take daily to cut down on the amount of pills I take.
By the end of the first week of taking two to three pills a day, I was feeling very much better. My energy level increased. Most vitamin supplements take up to a month to receive any benefit. I will continue taking Alive and I have recommended it to several people.

I'd be happier with this product if the B12 was a more natural kind. Overall I've been searching for a long time for my favorite multi, and I'm still searching. I've taken this one for many years.

Best Multi I've Ever Found
Alive! Whole Food Multi is just the most amazing multi-vitamin and mineral I've ever seen! Having worked in a health food store and taken supplements for many years, I've learned to look carefully at labels before I bought them. All things considered, especially price and quality, I can't imagine a better multi. It's made with excellent ingredients straight from food, not a laboratory, and is unusually complete. It doesn't need to be extremely high-potency, since the ingredients are food-based and, therefore, easier for your body to use. I often recommend it to everyone I know. It's the best I've ever used.

One-hundred percent satisfied!
I have actually told someone that THIS is the BEST multi- vite&min product in a capsule I have encountered!
The lable bearing the ingredients was what first turned me on to this product....which, by the way, I have been using for two years now. All of the ingredients in CAPSULE form pretty much 'demanded' my money.....being the health-consience person that I am at the age of fifty-five years. I have found no other vite/min daily supplement so impressive as THIS product. I mean that.

Staying Alive
If you were to take only one health supplement a day, this is what I highly recommend.
Take 6 capsules daily and soon you will notice a great difference in your health. If you want to take 3 capsules only daily, then get the Alive (product number - NW578) with a serving size of 3 capsules (90 capsules total). The 180 count bottle of Alive uses tablets and does not dissolve as fast as the capsules so I suggest you go for the capsules.

Great find!
I"ve searched for a long time for a whole food vitamin that doesn't break the bank. Also, I've taken vitamins that I really can't "feel the difference." These are a bargain, have quality food ingredients that my body can use, and actually DO make me feel better. I take three per day, one with each meal.

Affordable Whole Food Multi-vitamin
This is a great comprehensive multi-vitamin that comes from whole foods. It comes in capsules that are more easily absorbed by the body which is something I require. I also love that they are so much more affordable than other whole food nutrients that I have taken. Swansons comes through once again!!!

6 per serving
I like this supplement, but this 90 vcaps bottle recommends 6 Capsules per serving. That is only 15 days worth. Other sizes like the 180 are 3 Capsules per serving, which is 60 days, a much better value.

has iron added
I bought this but did not take it yet..
This isn't supposed to have iron in it..but looking at the ingredient list clearly states it has iron. So which is it..iron not added, or iron added. The company must not have caught that.

Incredible Vitamins!
I've been taking supplements since the late 1960's, have tried a lot of different products over those years. My excellent health at age 67 is, I believe, directly attributable to the programs I have followed, including healthy diet and exercise.
But, until I took this product I have never felt any immediate or seriously noticeable difference in my body, and have in fact scoffed at a friend who will try something new and say he feels the impact after only one dose. I took 2 or 3 of these the first day they arrived, with dinner, didn't think any more about it but had lots of extra energy, did a lot more than I'd normally do in an evening. The next day, I wondered if that was due to the Alive. After taking a morning dose and feeling more energy, I was and remain convinced that the Alive made the difference.
I will continue to take this product -- just re-ordered and was disappointed to see that I'd inadvertently ordered tablets instead of the Vcaps, because I didn't know there was more than one version available. I don't like taking tablets, but will use these up and go back to the Vcaps.

Great value!
What a great product at an amazing price! I've used whole food multiple vitamins for years but these are the best! Alive has helped with energy and we really liked eliminating the need to take several different supplements to receive all that Alive contains. I had to chuckle when I discovered I could buy Alive through Swanson's more cheaply than my doctor could get it at a wholesale price. Thanks Swanson's! You're the best!

The Alive whole food multi is a great supplement. It has vitamins, minerals, and green foods in one supplement. It is also at reasonable price.

Very good
These are some of the BEST vitamins and have so helped me with energy without the buzz. I have also found them especially good when I take (3) before I get on the treadmill. They simply give me a charge. I already recommend these to friends or anyone who wants a TOP multi-vitamin!

Great Supplement
All natural, food derived, and capsules instead of tablets. I prefer capsules - so the only inconvenience is that there is no iron, so I take a separate iron supplement a couple times a week.

Ideal Vitamin
I believe this is a great multi-vitamin. Whole organic foods supplament, easily digested, and has all the necessary vitamins and minerals plus!

Great Multi for Price
I recommend this product to people all of the time. There is only one multi that I have used that I would recommend over Alive, but it cost over $50 per month per person (I have a family of 4!), so this is the one I choose when on a tight budget. I believe you will see a difference when you take this product, especially if you haven't been taking a multi on a regular basis.

Whole Food vitamins
My husband takes these. They are the only multi-vitamin he can take that doesn't make him sick to his stomach. He says he feels better in general taking these. And I'm happy that he is taking care of his nutritional needs.

Alive Indeed
For years I have been searching for a multivitamin that had no hidden ingredients or additives that caused adverse recation in my body as I am hypo allergenic. I have taken scores of vitamins that I found to be great at first only to reveal themselves as sub-par. Alive multi vitamins has passed the test with flying colors. I have been taking them for over a year with no side effect reactions from any hidden additives and I am happy to say they do a great job. I recommend them to everyone.
