Did Not Work for Me Product did not work for me and I am considering returning. The standard 3 mg tablet worked better for me to go to sleep but I don't stay asleep all nite. I thought the time released would be a good option because I frequently am awake about three or four hours after taking the type that is not time released. With the time released I toss and turn all nite, even tried doubling the dosage without success. January 11, 2012

did not work for me i bought this at my local food store.it did not work for me.why would they put vit b in it.when vit b is known to give you energy.i would become anxious and tired, but as fast as i would fall asleep. i would be wide awake.i tried more.i tried tea.i tried different things, but this product was by far the worse melatonin i have ever had so far. Disappointed I tried this for a month and not happy with results, however I am considering ordering the ultra strength in 10 mg and see what happens..I always use Swanson's products and have found them to be a good value, this just didn't work the way I had hoped. April 21, 2011

This is a good product! I have trouble FALLING asleep and trouble STAYING asleep, This melatonin works well to help me stay asleep. I use it in conjunction with Natrol's 5mg Fast Dissolve, which is a wonderful aid to help me fall asleep. The Fast Dissolve does have sucralose in it, and that does disturb me so I will look for a fast dissolve without sucralose. But, in the meantime, this combination works very well. Swanson has the best price on Natrol products anywhere, online or in the stores. Swanson can't be beat. I've been a customer of Swanson for many years, and I've definitely done a lot of research on finding the best products for the best price. It's all right here at Swanson. May 27, 2010

Great product I am so glad Swanson's is now carrying this melatonin. With most melatonin I wake up at 4 or 5am but not with the timed release. I wake up refreshed at 6 or 7am and ready to greet the day. For some reason I need more melatonin than the average person so this allows me to just take a few tablets. Thanks Swansons! May 23, 2010
