Directions: Mix 8 drops in 8 oz. of purified water or juice, taken 3 times per day—or mix 1 day's amount in bottle, and drink as desired during the day. Take with or without meals. If mild detoxification symptoms result, reduce dosage temporarily. No refrigeration required.

used for years This product seems to help keep my sinuses cleared of excesses. The first few doses do give a purging that is explained in the book available to compliment the product. Swanson's price is really good. September 14, 2009
Cell Food for the Best Life I started using the Cell food drops about 3 months ago and it is amazing. I have even more stamina and energy than I had before. And I thought my energy level was pretty good before. It truly increases the oxygen level in your body. I quit smoking over 2 years ago but from time to time I would get the urge for a cigarette. Since I have been taking the cell food daily it has completely taken away any urges to smoke. I attribute this to the cell food because I believe that it increases the oxygen level.
