I have knee problems from a back injury and when i work out i can be left with painful knees and feet. This doesnt work for me because i work out at least 5 times a week. I rub this on after a work out and it takes the pain and soreness away. I even put it on in the morning before work if i know it will be a stressfull day. It helps keep my neck from tensing up. One of the greatest things is its unscented and you can wear it anywear. Swanson has the best price. March 24, 2012

A Medicine Chest Staple! I have used Boericke & Tafel's Arniflora Arnica for about a year to relieve extreme bruising from extreme falls due to legal blindness. I have since had two surgeries to correct my eyesight but still rely on this formulation for bruising. It works extremely well. It is a clear gel with a very slight clean smell with no greasy residue. This is a homeopathic formualtion from the Arnica Montana flower from Europe which has been used for this purpose for hundreds of years. I highly recommend this as a staple in anyone's medicine chest. I am very pleased with Swanson's price for this product. Thank you, Swanson! June 10, 2010

Great Gel Dr. Oz recommended a product with these ingredients for bruises and sore muscles. I bought this for my husband's sore upper back muscles and it worked great at relieving the pain! Nothing seemed to work as well as this gel for him. We are very pleased with the results. May 5, 2010

Best ever for bruises and pain My husband began using this product several years ago. He bruises easily and they lasted a long time. We visited a Health Food store and with the encouragement of a sales person, we began purchasing Arnica. The product is amazing. Naturally, it still takes some time, but, it is the best thing on the market for this problem and we both use it for bruises, sprains, minor muscle and joint pain, swelling and more. not greasy, or oily, or messy I started using this after several friends recommended it for maintenance and getting better. It goes on cleanly, not oily, absorbs quickly and I think it goes to work. Happy to have found this product This gel rubs in quickly, alleviates the aches, and doesn't let everyone else in the room know I have it on. Other than the fact that gels and creams can be a little messy to use, overall I love the quick releif and the lack of powerful odor. I have already purchased tubes to give to friends to try. Arnica This product was actually much more than I had expected. It is not often that you rub a salve on to your disc injury and experience results within two minutes of application. Though it did not take away all of my pain (I couldn't reach certain areas to apply), it was quick, efficient, and much healthier and longer lasting than taking pain medication. March 26, 2008

Love this stuff! This is the absolute best stuff in the world for bruises, sprains, strains, tense muscles, tension headaches, etc... I have friends with very active boys, in hockey, soccer, wrestling and we joke that Arnica should be sold in large vats considering how much we use. Wouldn't be without it First introduced to Arnica by two elderly Aunts who used it for over 40 years. They used it for about everything. I keep a tube in my purse as well as in my home. I use in on the grandkids bumps and falls and have given several tubes to family and friends as gifts. It's sure great for sprangs and bruises. Great to rub on your jaw after dental work too.
