Almased
A couple of us in the family have enjoyed taking Almased for protein supplementation and meal replacements. This product has really good quality protein and the lack of taste allows you to mix with most anything you like. That is a definite benefit to using this protein brand. We've been faithful users for several years, and will continue to use for years to come. No upset stomach with this. Seems to digest very well. Always feel good about using.

Awesome product that really works!
I have been using this product for four weeks and feel better, have lost 10 pounds, and have more energy than when I diet on my own. I feel so healthy and vibrant and know this really works! I stand by this product and recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and be healthy at the same time!!!

LOVE THIS STUFF!
I mix with water and add some vanilla or almond extract and LoHan sweetener. This is a great protein shake for people who cannot handle whey. I will probably keep buying.

Love It!
I love this product. I use it for breakfast and dinner, then eat regularly in between. I can now control just how I want to lose: a lot if I eat well, a little if I blow it. That is the best thing, my metabolism just seems to work now, and I like having control over my body!

Geat product, tastes just fine with no additives; although the price fluctuates and there is a limit to the quantity ordered. This has helped with my weightloss program and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Vitamin H20
This has all the right ingredients. I received mine yesterday and tried a shake last night. I experimented and my best result came from mixing the powder with flavored vitamin H20.
I'll be using this daily (1-2xs).

Great Product
Great product for quick meal replacement, easy to add teaspoon of cinnamon, cocoa powder, or extracts or add fruit and ice for a great smoothie. Best to make in a blender. Plan on consuming meal quickly and not storing meal for future use and you will be happy with this product. Unlike a lot of other products that may claim a German connection, I talked to my daughter that lives in Munich and this product is actually well known in Germany. Swanson is a great company to purchase from.

GREAT Shake
I have been drinking protein shakes FOREVER. I used to drink Soy Protein until I read all the disasterous research on "unfirmented soy" and the dangers for people with low thyroid. I eat NO SOY products what so ever any more. That's why Almased is such a great alternative. The soy is fermented whcih is safe. The taste is great. I find it to blend better, taste better & my "fullness" lasts longer. I have only been on it for a week. So my weight loss results I will post later. I use Almond milk, a tsp. of dark cocoa, a couple drops of peppermint extract (tastes like a peppermint pattie) replace peppermint with coconut extract (tastes like an Almond Joy) in the morning I use a tsp. of instant organic coffee (tastes like a Frappacino) 1 pkg. of splenda is usually needed and lots of ice...GREAT product. Best price out there...BUT prepare to spend $40 a month if you want to replace 2 meals with shakes. Oh, one more thing...for a great snack add 1-2 tbsp to greek "plain" yogurt a bit of vanilla & splenda...YUMMY!

Best shake
This is the best weight loss shake that I have ever lost. Just grab some cold skim milk from the fridge and go. It may not taste like a plate to pancakes and syrup but it is filling and you won't be left with hunger pains.

Great Product
This has been around almost 30 years. its a great producted. ive used it for years, not only is it the best thing on the market for weight loss, but if Swanson sells it then you know its the best.

Almased works!!!
Almased works!!! It tastes best mixed with milk, cinnamon & ice. If you don't add cinnamon it tastes like watered down pancake batter. You wont feel hungry after you have a 10+oz. shake.

Nice supplement
Easy to use, helps me feel full. Taste is ok but I found that by adding a spoonful of fat free, sugar free dry pudding the texture was thicker and the taste better.

Swanson offers the best price for this product. I mix this with Crystal Light Pure, which is sweetened with Stevia. Almased definitely helps control hunger and leaves you feeling satisfied.

Great Product
I really like this product, the taste in my smoothies is barley detectable. I also mix about a tablespoon with some vanilla yogurt for an afternoon snack and its almost like pudding. It is the only protein powder I have found that tastes good and keeps me going for hours. I highly recommend it.

Tasty weight loss shake
I started using almased the beginning of Sept. and have lost 12 # so far without starving myself and most of the weight I have lost has been in my abdominal region. I am a 55 y/o female who really needed to lose the ab fat after going through menopause and this stuff WORKS. I purchased a shake n take blender and use skim milk with a 1/2 banana and other frozen fruit (blueberries & strawberries) and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to the almased and they are wonderful. You can add whatever you like for fruit and you can substitute with vanilla also. The list is endless. I have gone down 1 size in my jeans and it feels awesome. I usually drink 2 shakes a day and have a healthy evening meal with a couple of healthy fruit snacks in between. Sure, I still cheat once in awhile but then it's back to the almased. Swanson by far has the best price on this with quick shipment and a coupon off your next purchase. Gotta love that!!
