Easy to use
I think that this form is quite acceptable...but the easiest way to take it and to avoid the complaint of not having it dissolve is to pop the amount right into your mouth and then drink water immediately. It's got quite a pleasant taste, a little grainy, but if you drink water fast it's quite nice.

Good Product
I recently started using this product, I do like it.
However, I would like it better if it also supplied some vitamin D.

Not totally satisfied
I got results from the product as with too much it did loosen my stools, so I know that it's doing what it claims it would if you take too much. I've only had it for 3 days so I'm waiting for other results. The only thing I don't like about it so far is that it DOESN'T dissolve in cold or warm water and has lots of sediment at bottom of cup, which I needed to keep adding more water to get it out.

Very good calcium supplement
I was looking for a calcium plus magnesium supplement that were in the forms of chelate/and or citrate. This product seems to fit the bill. There's not much taste so it adds well to any drink.

To grainey
No matter what a mixed the tablespoonful together with I found it was very grainey. Kind of like eating sand. The materia;ls need to to be more finely ground.

Great product
I get very good results using this. I mix it in orange juice, the acid in the orange juice helps to digest the calcium.

Take at night before bed. I have slept wonderfully since I started taking this product!
